Ulrich Cevela

Ulrich Cevela has extensive work experience in various HR and consulting roles. From 2006 to 2007, they worked as a Junior Researcher at Dr Rantasa Consulting. From 2007 to 2009, they were a Research Consultant at HILL International. In 2009, they joined ALLEGRO Consulting GmbH / Glasford International Austria as a Senior Consultant, where they worked until 2014. Since 2014, they have been with RAG Austria AG, initially as an HR Business Partner and currently as the Head of HR Operations.

Ulrich Cevela completed their undergraduate education from 2002 to 2009 at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business), where they earned a Mag. degree in Economics and Business Administration. In 2018, they attended the Hernstein Institut and completed the Future Leadership Program, receiving a Hernstein Management Degree.
