Althea Anderson

Althea Anderson has extensive experience in guest services and system reporting, beginning with a long tenure at Verizon Wireless from August 1992 to January 2019, where responsibilities included developing custom reports and executing SQL queries for reporting needs. Since September 2002, Althea has served as Assistant Manager of Guest Services at First Goal LLC, overseeing a diverse team during events at Lumen Field and the Event Center, and providing training for new personnel. Additionally, Althea has held the position of Guest Services Supervisor at Climate Pledge Arena since August 2021, managing a team for various events including sports and concerts. Althea holds a B.A. in Communications from the University at Buffalo and a B.A. in Accounting from City University of Seattle.
