Poonam Kaushik

Poonam Kaushik has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Poonam started their career in 2000 as a Software Programmer at Innodata India Pvt Ltd, where they worked until 2003. From 2004 to 2009, Poonam served as a Technical Consultant at IBM, specializing in EMS projects such as Radia and Tivoli. In 2009, they joined Hughes Communications India Limited as a Sr. Executive, focusing on application development, database management, and pilot testing of NMS applications.

In 2013, Poonam joined RAH Infotech Pte Ltd as a Business Head, responsible for sales strategy development for various partners and customers, primarily in the field of software and network management security. Poonam also worked with multiple technology companies such as Forescout, Gemalto/safenet, and Cisco, among others.

In 2014, Poonam became a Director at Competent Ladder Pte. Ltd., a role which they held until joining NCS Group as a Cyber Security Consultant in 2022. Poonam is currently working in that position.
