Ryan D. Hughes

Ryan D. Hughes has a wealth of experience in the higher education sector. Ryan D. began their career in 1998 as the Owner/Sales Director at NewLife Lending, where they developed and managed sales of $23 million in annual sales closure. In 2005, they became the Regional Sales Manager at First Bank, managing a $25 million monthly portfolio of consumer mortgage loans. From 2011 to 2014, they were the Regional Vice President at ESM, creating business relationships with universities nationwide. Ryan D. then moved to Ellucian as an Account Executive, where they were responsible for territories including Oregon, Hawaii, Alaska, the Pacific Islands, Washington, Montana, Nebraska and Wyoming. In 2016, they became the National Sales Manager at Jenzabar, where they helped over 70 institutions join the community of schools using Jenzabar to improve efficiencies and enhance operations. Ryan then joined Oracle as an Application Sales Manager for HCM Cloud Solutions, Higher Ed & Health Science Centers. In 2021, they became the Sr. New Business Director at ACI Worldwide, and in 2022, they took on the role of SVP/Growth Director at Rah Rah, where they have been working to create a Community Engagement System that empowers every student with access to all activities on campus.
