Vijay Gupta has a diverse background in HR, strategy, and operations, with experience in various industries such as insurance, automotive, and training. Currently serving as the Director of Global Human Resources - Strategy & Operations at Rahi Systems, Vijay is responsible for overseeing HR strategy and operations globally, as well as HR, legal, and admin in India. Prior to their current role, Vijay held leadership positions in companies like Team Results Corporate Solutions Pvt Ltd, Bharti AXA Life Insurance, Max New York Life Insurance, Hero Motors, and National Institute of Sales. Vijay received their education from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
