Aaron Eernisse has extensive experience in operations and production management, specifically in the malt and brewing industry. Aaron started their career as a Process Engineer Co/Op at NewPage Corporation, where they implemented cost-saving measures in the coating process.

Eernisse then joined MillerCoors as a Brewery Management Development Trainee, later becoming a Team Leader. Aaron gained valuable leadership skills and hands-on experience in brewery operations.

Aaron then moved to Malteurop as a Process Manager, overseeing the daily malting operations of two malt houses. Eernisse focused on improving process control and ensuring a safe work environment in old infrastructure.

In 2013, Eernisse joined Rahr Corporation as the Manager of Malt Production. Aaron successfully led the startup and management of a new malt house, meeting all budget and production quality requirements. Later, they were promoted to Director of Operations for Malt Production, responsible for production scheduling, staffing, labor negotiations, sustainability, and utility management across North American facilities.

Aaron Eernisse completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2008.
