Emily Del Bel is the Manager of R&D Operations and Technical Services at Rahr Corporation. Emily has a background in sensory science and has worked in various roles related to sensory evaluation of ingredients and products in the food and beverage industry. Emily's professional journey includes experiences at Eurofins, St. Croix Sensory, Inc., University of Minnesota, Land O'Lakes, and the Institute of Food Technologists. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Technology and Chemistry from Oregon State University, as well as a Master's degree in Food Science with a focus on Sensory Science from the University of Minnesota.
