Kate Darling serves as the Research Lead for Robotics, Ethics & Society at RAI Institute since August 2023. Additionally, Kate holds the position of Research Scientist at MIT Media Lab, a role undertaken since September 2011. Since 2017, Kate has been affiliated with Bad Idea Factory, where the title of The Popular One was designated. Kate earned a Doctor of Science degree from ETH Zürich, completing the program in January 2014.
