Erion Serti

Erion Serti has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Erion began their career at Savings Bank Albania in 2003 as a Team Leader of System and Implementation. Erion then joined Raiffeisen Bank Albania in 2004, where they held various roles, starting as a Team Leader of System and Implementation before progressing to Head of System and Implementation Department and Head of IT Operations. In 2018, they were promoted to Head of IT Division. Currently, Erion holds the position of CIO / COO Member of Bank Management Board at Raiffeisen Bank Albania, starting in January 2022.

Erion Serti received an Engineer's Degree in Electronic and Communications Engineering from Universiteti Politeknik i Tiranës in the years 1997-2002. Erion then pursued a Master of Computer Science (MCS) degree at the same institution from 2007 to 2009. In 2009-2010, they attended the University of Tirana where they obtained an MBA with a specialization in Economic. Erion Serti also holds various additional certifications from different institutions, including a Chef Fluency Badge, Scrum Master certification, Hadoop Fundamentals, ITIL Service Design, ITIL v3 Foundation, and AWS Certified Solutions Architect — Associate.
