Laura Potenti

Laura Potenti is a seasoned professional in service design, currently serving as Service Design Lead at Raiffeisen Bank International AG since October 2022. Prior experience includes roles as AVP and Head of Service Design at Emirates NBD from January 2020 to October 2022, and Experience Architect Manager at the same company. Laura's career also encompasses a position as Senior Service & UX Designer at Digital Entity from May 2017 to December 2019, and a UX Designer role at AndCo Agency from September 2016 to June 2017. Earlier in Laura's career, positions included Associate Export Manager at Farmo S.p.A. from March 2011 to December 2012. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Interaction Design from Malmö University (2015-2016), a Master's in Technology Enhanced Communication for Cultural Heritage from USI Università della Svizzera italiana (2008-2010), and a Bachelor's degree in Comunicazione e Gestione nei Mercati dell'Arte e della Cultura from IULM University (2005-2008).
