Ana-Maria Lemnaru

Ana-Maria Lemnaru is an experienced IT Solutions Architect currently working at Raiffeisen Bank Romania since March 2020. In the role of IT Solutions Architect for the SME tribe, responsibilities include owning the portfolio of systems related to lending, onboarding, and daily banking, as well as building architectural blueprints for business initiatives. Previous positions at Raiffeisen Bank include Technical Delivery Manager and Team Lead for Process Management Solutions, overseeing teams of engineers and ensuring alignment with IT strategies. Prior to Raiffeisen, Ana-Maria held positions at Endava, Oracle, Asseco South Eastern Europe, and as a freelancer, focusing on BPM and ECM platforms, and integrating various technologies. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Cybernetics, Statistics, and Economic Informatics and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Insurance, Banking, and Stock Exchange, both from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
