Daniela Gavrizescu

Daniela Gavrizescu has extensive work experience in the financial sector. From 1993 to 1998, they worked as an Expert in the Public Debt & International Relationships Directorate at the Ministry of Public Finance. Daniela then joined Raiffeisen Capital and Investment Romania as a Country Analyst & Debt Capital Market professional from 1998 to 2000. Daniela returned to the Ministry of Public Finance in 2000 as the Secretary of State, overseeing Public Debt and Treasury. In 2001, they transitioned to Raiffeisen Bank Romania, where they held various leadership roles, including Director of Financial Institutions & Municipalities, Corporate Division and Director of Financial Institutions & Securities Services. Daniela successfully built effective teams and expanded the bank's loan portfolio in the Municipality segment.

Daniela Gavrizescu has a diverse education history. In 1988-1993, they attended the Academia de Studii Economice din București, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management. In 1998, they completed a Corporate Finance Internship at Raiffeisen London Branch. In 2017, Daniela participated in two programs: Design Thinking Fundamentals and ERISMA, where they focused on Creative Leadership. More recently, in 2020, they pursued the Visual Thinking Fundamentals course at Buro Brand Academy. Daniela also completed the Certified Coach, ANC program at Coachingdipity in 2021 and obtained additional certifications, including Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation in April 2022 and the Certified Coach "Be Coach" Programme from Coachingdipity in 2021.
