Madalina Anca Mija has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Madalina Anca Mija started their career at BRD in 1999, where they worked as an Administrator for banking products and services, handling promotions, sales, and operations. Madalina Anca Mija then moved on to become an International Payments Specialist and a Commercial Customer Advisor at BRD. In 2007, they transitioned into the role of a Senior Project Coordinator, where they conducted analysis, managed projects, and provided IT consultancy. In 2012, Madalina joined Raiffeisen Bank Romania as a Senior Project Manager, overseeing project progress and working closely with business analysts. Madalina Anca Mija eventually became the Head of IT Project Management and, most recently, the Head of Project Management. Madalina's work experience demonstrates their expertise in project management, IT consultancy, and banking operations.

Madalina Anca Mija has a diverse education history. In 2016, they completed a course on the SCRUM Agile Methodology and also received training as a trainer. Madalina Anca Mija attended the Mastercard Academy in the same year, where they studied Mobile Payment Solution and Masterpass. In 2017, Madalina attended workshops on Facilitating Agile and How to Run Effective Business Meetings. In 2018, they completed training in First Time Manager, Leadership, and Coaching. Madalina Anca Mija also pursued certifications in PMP Exam Prep and PMI-ACP Exam Prep.
