Balint Bartha has a diverse work experience in the financial and legal sectors. Balint started their career as a Collection Manager at a Legal Office in 2007 and then moved on to work as a Collections Specialist at BNP Paribas in 2010. In 2011, they joined Raiffeisen Bank Hungary as a Collection Expert and later became the Head of Collection Legal Team. From 2019, they held the position of Head of Collection Department at the same bank. In 2018, they briefly worked as an Entrepreneur at Raiffeisen Bank International AG. Currently, they serve as the Head of Retail Collection Strategy at Raiffeisen Bank Hungary, where they focus on optimizing collections through cutting-edge technology.

Balint Bartha's education history begins in 2005 when they earned a foundation degree in Law from Pázmány Péter Katolikus Egyetem. Balint then went on to obtain a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Budapest College of Management, completing their studies in 2010. In 2013, Balint pursued further education at Corvinus University of Budapest, earning a Master's Degree in International Relations and Affairs, which they completed in 2015. Currently, Balint is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in International Relations and Affairs at Corvinus University of Budapest, starting their studies in 2019. In terms of additional certifications, Balint obtained the Oracle Database 12c: SQL Fundamentals certification in April 2015 from Masterfield Training Center. Balint also obtained the certification for Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Microsoft Power BI from LABA Hungary in September 2023.
