Charlotte Koppenhöfer

Charlotte Koppenhöfer has a diverse work experience. Charlotte currently works as an Organization Designer and Agile Guild Lead at Raiffeisen Informatik since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Stadt-/Staats-Landestheater in a role focused on systemically complementary organizational and team development starting in October 2019. Charlotte also had a role in Agile Advisory at BearingPoint from January 2021 to March 2022. From February 2018 to December 2020, Charlotte worked as a Psychologist at Diakonie Österreich. Charlotte also earned the OKR Workpath Master & Train-the-Trainer certification from Workpath in November 2021.
