Heimo Kröpfl has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Heimo began their career as a Freelancer at Flex in 2001, working there until 2003. Heimo then interned at Flextronics in 2004. Following that, they worked at Efkon AG as a Business Process Analyst and Project Manager from 2006 to 2008. Heimo later became a Senior Consultant and Presales professional at the same company for a brief period in 2008. In 2008, they joined Magna Steyr Fahrzeugtechnik AG & Co KG as a Project Manager and later progressed to the role of IT Customer Manager, serving there until 2012. Since 2012, Heimo has been associated with Raiffeisen Informatik, initially as a Key Account Manager, then as the Head of Sales (Key Account Management), and currently as the Function Lead for Customer Success Management.

Heimo Kröpfl's education history begins with their high school education at Bundesrealgymnasium St. Veit an der Glan, where they obtained their Matura degree between 1990 and 1998.
