Andrzej Święch

Andrzej Święch has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Andrzej started their career in 1994 at regional banks in South-Eastern Poland, holding various positions from junior specialist to bureau director. In 2000, they joined Zagiel S.A. as a Senior Product Manager before moving to Raiffeisen Polbank in 2002, where they became the Regional Sales Head responsible for the branch network, direct sales agents, brokers, and intermediaries. Andrzej introduced the first franchise outlets concept in Raiffeisen Bank Polska. From 2007 to 2015, Andrzej held multiple roles at Raiffeisen Polbank, including Retail Sales & Segments Head and Micro Business Head. In 2015, they became the Head of Sales, SME, Corporate Banking, responsible for South & Eastern Poland. Most recently, in 2019, Andrzej joined Raiffeisen Bank International AG as the Sales Steering Leader.

Andrzej Święch has a diverse education history. Andrzej completed their postgraduate programme in Organizational Leadership at Harvard Business School from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, they pursued a postgraduate MBA Academy in Business Administration and Management, General at SGH Warsaw School of Economics from 2008 to 2009. In 2006 to 2007, they obtained postgraduate studies in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from the same institution. Andrzej holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Central Lancashire, where they studied from 1997 to 1999. Andrzej's educational journey began in Uniwersytet Marii Curie-Skłodowskiej w Lublinie, where they earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) in English linguistics from 1988 to 1993. Additionally, they obtained the Speexx German CEFR Level B1.2 certification from Speexx.
