Roland Thaler

Roland Thaler is an experienced Agile Coach and Business Analyst with a diverse background in software development and project management. Currently, Roland serves as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master at Raiffeisen Software GmbH since January 2015, focusing on building and coaching scaled agile project teams. Prior to this role, Roland held various positions at RACON Software GmbH from 2003 to December 2014, including Business Analyst, Leadership Roles, and IT Project Manager. Roland's career began as a Software Developer at RRZ Tirol from 2001 to 2003. Roland holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Marketing and IT from the University of Applied Sciences Steyr and has studied at Universität Innsbruck from 1992 to 1998.
