Matthias Breiteneder

Matthias Breiteneder has a diverse work experience, with their most recent role as Chief Human Resources Officer and Head of Personnel at RWA Raiffeisen Ware Austria AG. Matthias previously worked as an HR Manager at the same company.

In terms of education, Matthias has been a lecturer in Social Competence and Leadership at WU (Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien) since November 2009.

Afterward, they enrolled at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) from 1997 to 2002, earning a Magister der Wirtschafts- und Sozialwissenschaften degree in Wirtschaftspädagogik.

In 2002, Matthias received the Niederösterreichisches Trainerdiplom from the Politische Akademie, focusing on Training und Moderation. Furthermore, they acquired a Zertifikat für systemisches Arbeiten from Institut Primawera in 2003.

Moving forward, Matthias pursued a career in HR management, attending ÖPWZ Personalakademie in 2011 for a brief period and earning the Geprüfter HR-Manager certification. Matthias then obtained additional certifications, including being a Staatlich geprüfter Instruktor für Fitness-Sport from the Bundesanstalt für Leibeserziehung, Auf der Schmelz in 2006.

Later on, Matthias attended MCI | The Entrepreneurial School® from 2016 to 2018, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Banking & Management.

Finally, they plan to attend ÖPWZ in 2023 for the Compensation & Benefits Specialist program, indicating ongoing educational pursuits.
