Thomas Oberhofer

Thomas Oberhofer has extensive work experience in human resources and payroll/HR-IT departments. Thomas was the Head of payroll/HR-IT department at RWA Raiffeisen Ware Austria AG from May 2020 onwards. Prior to that, they held the position of HR Business Partner and HR IT Specialist at the same company from January 2018 to May 2020. Earlier in their career, they worked as an HR Business Partner at Robert Bosch AG from July 2016 to December 2017. Thomas also served as a Fachreferent HR-IT at Robert Bosch AG from March 2015 to June 2016 and completed an internship from August 2014 to February 2015. Additionally, they worked as a Referent at Liegenschaftsverwaltung und Dienstleistung GesmbH from May 2009 to July 2014, and as a Referent at Arbeiterkammer Niederösterreich from April 2006 to March 2009. Thomas had brief roles at ORF in August 2005, Arbeiterkammer Niederösterreich in May 2005, Flughafen Wien - Vienna Airport in March 2005, and Flughafen Wien - Vienna Airport in July 2003.

Thomas Oberhofer completed their education at two institutions. From 2013 to 2015, they attended FHWien der WKW, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Personal und Wissensmanagement. Following that, they pursued their Master of Science in Engineering at FH Burgenland from 2015 to 2017, specializing in Business Process Engineering and Management.
