Adela Cmelova

Adela Cmelova is an experienced professional in debt collection and recovery, currently serving as Head of Recovery Collection at Raiffeisenbank Česká republika since October 2020. Previously, Adela held the position of Debt Collection Manager at 4finance (Zaplo) from November 2017 to September 2020, where leadership encompassed two teams, debt collection processes, and portfolio management. Earlier roles included Recovery Collection Teamleader at Raiffeisenbank a.s. and Legal Collection Supervisor at Citi, focusing on effective debt collection, legal proceedings, and cooperation with external partners. Adela holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and European Studies from Metropolitan University Prague.
