Kelly Koort

Kelly Koort is a Communications Specialist at Rail Baltic Estonia since August 2020. Previously, Kelly served as a Web Content Manager at the Estonian Ministry of Finance from 2020 to September 2021, and as a Social Media Manager at Lux Express in 2020. From 2017 to 2020, Kelly held the position of Office Manager at T grupp AS. Additionally, in early 2016, Kelly worked as a Media Monitor for the Riigikantselei during Estonia's presidency in the UN Security Council. Kelly is currently pursuing a Microdegree in Advertising and Imagology at Tallinn University, following a Bachelor's degree in International Relations obtained from Euroacademy from 2015 to 2018.
