Björn Bender

Björn Bender currently serves as the CEO and Executive Chairman of Rail Europe, a leading global travel tech company specializing in European train booking. With extensive experience in the mobility sector, Bender co-founded Mobility Allstars e.V. and holds advisory roles, including a member of the Advisory Board at IMO-HSG. Bender's academic contributions as a guest lecturer at the University of St. Gallen focus on Smart Mobility. Previous leadership positions include Head of Innovation at SBB CFF FFS and Vice President of Sales & Partner Management at Deutsche Bahn, managing sizable teams and implementing innovative strategies across various European markets. Bender holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Applied Sciences Worms.
