Hélène Viret

Hélène Viret is a legal professional with extensive experience in various roles across prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Legal at Rail Europe since January 2023, Hélène has previously held positions such as Legal Manager at Cazoo and Senior Legal Counsel at Asmodee Group, where responsibilities included overseeing legal operations for French and foreign publishing studios. Hélène's earlier experience includes expatriation in Brazil focusing on legal advisory for small business projects and a role at Hachette Livre as Legal Manager, supporting the transition to digital for two publishing houses. With an initial career as an attorney at BAUER BIGOT & ASSOCIES managing litigation files, Hélène also completed a Bar School traineeship at Latham & Watkins. Hélène's academic credentials include a post-graduate degree in IP Law from Paris II Assas University and a Master’s in Private Law from the University of Helsinki.
