Simas Torgovickis is an experienced Agile Coach with a strong background in agile transformation and continuous improvement across various organizations. Currently serving as an Agile Coach at Rail Europe since January 2024 and co-founding the Agile Podcast Series "Ant Agile Sofos," Simas has previously held roles such as Principal Agile Coach at Nasdaq, where responsibilities included leading CSD agile transformation, and Agile Coach at Mambu, focusing on process implementation and team development. With extensive experience from positions at Danske Bank, Agile Coach Lithuania, SEB, and other companies, Simas has consistently facilitated better ways of working, coached individuals and teams, and managed agile practices, underscored by a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics and Informatics from Kaunas University of Technology.
