Alberto Bogoni

Alberto Bogoni is an accomplished Operation Manager at Rail Traction Company since January 2010, overseeing the coordination of train production processes, managing a significant team of both on-board and ground personnel, and liaising with clients and international partners. Previously, Alberto served as Quality Manager, responsible for maintaining safety certification, implementing ISO 9001:2008 quality management systems, and developing procedures compliant with European and national regulations.
