Tanya P. Roberts has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Tanya further pursued their education at Pitt Community College from 1991 to 1992, where they earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Paralegal Technology. Additionally, from 1991 to 1994, they attended East Carolina University and obtained a Master of Social Work degree, focusing on Social Work.

In 2017 and 2018, Tanya enrolled at Western Carolina University and completed their studies, receiving a Master of Science in Human Resources Management degree, specializing in Human Resources Management.
