Sridhar Boyina

Sridhar Boyina has over 26 years of experience in various leadership roles. Sridhar is currently the Director of Operations at Advantco International LLC since 2018. Previously, they worked at Railinc Corp. for 14 years, where they held multiple positions including Director of IT- Enterprise Services, Business Architecture & Information, Director of Core Services and Business Analytics, and Lead Analyst/Project Manager. Prior to that, they worked at Keane as a Principal Consultant and Senior Software Consultant. Sridhar also served as an Application Consultant in Finance and Accounting at VISAKHAPATNAM STEEL PLANT and as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Prahari Aromatics Ltd. Sridhar started their career as a Project Manager in Consulting Services at Janus Engineering Ltd. Throughout their career, they have been involved in strategizing technology modernization programs, establishing continuous improvement programs, managing product development, and driving business process redesign efforts.

Sridhar Boyina's education history begins with their time at Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1981 to 1988. After completing their secondary education, they attended Pondicherry University from 1988 to 1992, earning a BTech degree. In 1994, they enrolled at Masterji Institute of Technology, where they pursued a Diploma in Computer Applications, specializing in Computer Programming and Specific Applications. Moving ahead to 2006, Sridhar attended both UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, simultaneously completing their MBA. Their MBA focused on Global Business Management at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Global MBA at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
