Martin Hainstock

Martin Hainstock has extensive experience in the development and implementation of digital platforms and technology-based solutions, currently serving as Head of Development & Implementation at Railpen since October 2016. In this role, responsibilities include overseeing the full product lifecycle of digital solutions in the pensions sector, with a strong focus on critical supplier management and performance metrics. Prior to Railpen, Martin worked at RPMI from March 2009 to October 2016, progressing from System Developer to Deputy Team Manager, where duties encompassed managing change requests, maintaining reporting frameworks, and database design. Early career experience at Suncrest Surrounds Ltd involved IT support and COGNOS report design. Martin holds a degree in Informatics from Teesside University.
