Natalia Urusova

Natalia Urusova is a finance professional with extensive experience in investment analysis and portfolio management, currently serving as a Senior Investment Analyst on the ISR team at Railpen since February 2023, focusing on multi-asset investing. Previously, Natalia worked at Neuberger Berman as an Investment Analyst & Trader in Global Fixed Income, managing multiple strategies for European bonds, and at BlackRock as an Associate Portfolio Manager in Global Fixed Income, overseeing numerous passive strategy funds and supporting active funds in emerging markets. Earlier roles included an internship at UniCredit in credit risk assessment and a research assistant position at Thomson Reuters. Natalia holds a Master of Science in Finance from Esade, a Financial Modelling and Valuation Analyst designation from the Corporate Finance Institute, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Higher School of Economics, complemented by specialization in Investment Management with Python and Machine Learning from EDHEC Business School.
