Henry Mbadiwe

Henry Mbadiwe has worked in a variety of software engineering roles since 2012. Henry began their career as a Scala Software Engineer at Travel Syndication Technologies in 2012. Henry then moved to Cisco Systems in 2013 as a Software Engineer, followed by a UI Engineer role at Digby. In 2014, they were a UI Development Lead/Architect at AT&T, then a Development Lead at Schlumberger in 2015. That same year, they also worked as a Scala Software Engineer at Angie's List. In 2016, they were a Scala/Clojure Software Engineer at The Weather Channel, followed by a Scala Engineer role at ZCO in 2017. Most recently, they have been a Scala/UI Software Engineer at LifeWay Christian Resources since 2020.

Henry Mbadiwe obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology between 1999 and 2001. Henry also holds certifications in Apache Spark Developer (2017), Functional Program Design in Scala (2016), AWS Certified Developer - Associate, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate, Functional Programming in Scala Specialization, edX Verified Certificate for Big Data Analysis with Apache Spark, and edX Verified Certificate for Introduction to Apache Spark.
