Ella F. is an experienced professional in the field of anti-financial crime operations and compliance, currently serving as Interim Head of Anti-Financial Crime Operations at Railsr since October 2023. Previously, Ella held various leadership roles at Monese from 2019 to 2023, including Head of Risk and Compliance Change (2LOD) and Head of AML Operations. Ella's career began as a Paralegal at Monese, followed by positions as an Anti-Money Laundering Investigator and Specialist, focusing on risk identification and compliance with anti-money laundering legislation. Prior experience includes working as an AML & Sanctions Processing Officer at Nordea and holding a management position as Fourth Curator at Östgöta Nation. Ella completed education at Uppsala University from 2010 to 2017.
