Mark Spender

Mark Spender is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment and board governance. Currently serving as a Partner at Bernhard Capital Partners since September 2015, Mark has also held various board member positions, including roles at RailWorks Corporation, Allied Power, United Utility, and Charah Solutions, Inc. Mark's previous experience includes a significant tenure at Credit Suisse as Managing Director and various leadership roles at UBS Investment Bank. Mark's educational foundation in finance was established with a BBA from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, where studies were completed from 1996 to 2000.
