Priyank Agrawal

Priyank Agrawal is the current Director of Integrations Engineering at Railz. Prior to their current position, Priyank was with CutShort from June 2016 to October 2020. At CutShort, Priyank was part of the Core Team where they were responsible for Tech, product, growth and everything in between.

CutShort uses AI to help companies find high-quality talent amongst all the noise. More than 10,000 companies such as Google, Amazon, Bookmyshow, BrowserStack & many young startups have used the platform to close thousands of job positions.

During their time with CutShort, Priyank owned, designed, coded and scaled backend code and infrastructure from scratch (single handedly for the first 2 years). Priyank also designed architecture (infra + code + database) for multiple products, inspired and hired engineers to build an ambitious and efficient team, and researched, analyzed, implemented and scaled various technologies based on the requirements/challenges.

Under Priyank's leadership, the CutShort platform was able to scale to handle 130 million requests/month with avg 100ms response times. Priyank also ideated and implemented multiple growth hacks to help marketing efforts. In total, 700,000+ candidates and 10,000+ companies have used CutShort.

Priyank Agrawal has a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Information Technology from Bharati Vidyapeeth. Priyank also has a 10 + 2 in PCM + CS from Delhi Public School - Mandla Road, Jabalpur. Priyank is certified from Udacity in Android Nanodegree and from Envision Computer Training Institute (ECTI) in ANDROID DEVELOPER.
