Troy Downing has extensive experience in systems infrastructure and administration, currently serving as Vice President of Systems Infrastructure at Rain and Hail Insurance since February 2008, with prior roles including AVP of Systems Administration and Lead System Administrator. Responsibilities include managing server, desktop, and QA teams while designing and overseeing a highly virtualized environment using VMWare and Oracle RAC on Linux/UCS. Previous roles at Qualis Group LLC and Qualis Inc. included managing IT operations and providing help desk support, respectively. Troy Downing holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Iowa State University.
