Andreas Grunewald

Andreas Grunewald has extensive experience in engineering and management within the chemical and industrial sectors. Currently, Andreas serves as the Site Manager for Hamilton and Head of Global CAPEX CDAM at Rain Carbon Inc since March 2017, while also holding the position of Vice President for Global Engineering and Indirect Procurement and Vice President of Calcining Operations, Global Engineering. Prior to this, Andreas was the Head of Global Engineering and Indirect Procurement at RÜTGERS Holding Germany GmbH from January 2016 to March 2017, and held the role of General Director at OOO RÜTGERS SEVERTAR from October 2014 to January 2016. Early career positions include Project Manager and Senior Process Engineer at UHDE GmbH from January 2008 to September 2014, Plant Engineering Manager at RÜTGERS Chemicals GmbH from January 2002 to December 2007, and Project Engineer at UTEK GmbH from January 1999 to December 2001. Andreas began their career as a Trainee in Project Engineering at Ruetgers Chemicals GmbH from September 1997 to December 1998. Andreas earned a Dipl Ing in Chemical Engineering from TU Dortmund University between 1990 and 1997.
