Pravin Nehete has a diverse work experience in various roles within the customer engagement and consultancy field. Pravin started their career as a Technical Support Engineer at vCustomer in 2006, gradually progressing to roles such as Team Lead at Citrus Payment Solutions and Sr. Customer Success Manager at MatchMove Pay. Pravin also served as Manager of Customer Success at Aptean before joining Digital Pluggin as a Business Consultant. Currently, they hold the position of Customer Engagement Director at RAIN Group since 2023.
