Hayley Mesojednik

Hayley Mesojednik has held various roles in the Human Resources and Recruiting fields since 2010. Hayley began their career as a Riding Instructor at JF Pierce Training Inc. in 2010. In 2014, they served as a Panhellenic Delegate for Alpha Chi Omega Fraternity, Inc. In 2016, they held three roles, including Talent Acquisition Intern at Group Health, Sales and Recruiting Intern at NuWest Group Holdings, LLC, and Recruiter at Limeade. From 2020 to 2023, they worked at Meta as a Senior Technical Recruiter and Closing Recruiter and Interim Lead, and is currently the Talent Acquisition and People Ops Lead at Rain.

Hayley Mesojednik obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from the University of Washington between 2012 and 2016. During the same time period, they also completed the Michael G. Foster School of Business Professional Sales Program, studying Sales and Marketing.
