William Passo

William Passo has extensive work experience in various industries. From 2011 to 2012 they worked as Legislative Correspondent and Staff Assistant for Rep. Earl Blumenauer in the U.S. House of Representatives. From 2012 to 2016 they were a Fulbright Scholar for the Fulbright Association. In 2016 they were a Venture Incubation Program Alumni-in-Residence at Harvard Innovation Labs. From 2017 to 2019 they worked as an Associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. Most recently, they have been Chief Operating Officer and Head of Operations at Rain since 2019.

William Passo received their Doctor of Law (JD) from Harvard Law School in 2016, after completing their Bachelor of Arts from Duke University in 2011.
