Jenn Adams has a diverse work experience. Jenn began their career in 2014 as a Writer & Editor for Freelance Editing, where they provided substantive editing, content writing, copywriting, layout, style guides, and proofreading for web, print, and marketing outlets. In 2017, they joined DealerSocket as a Technical Support Specialist II, where they wrote a 48-page User Manual compiling tech support best practices and troubleshooting tactics. Jenn was later promoted to Product Training Manager, where they developed a multi-level product training program and oversaw the training of all internal employees. In 2021, they moved to Red Pepper Software as an Implementation Specialist. Most recently, they joined Rain Retail Software as a Technical Support Specialist.

Jenn Adams obtained a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Editing from Brigham Young University.
