Stephen Weber

Stephen Weber has a bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Stephen has held various roles at WCUR-FM from December 2016 to December 2019, including General Manager/DJ, Program Director/DJ, Webmaster/DJ, and DJ. In March 2020, Stephen joined Rain the Growth Agency as a Media Manager after their experience as Associate Media Manager, Assistant Media Buyer, and Media Coordinator. At WCUR-FM, Stephen managed the college radio station, led staff meetings, conducted interviews for open positions, built partnerships, oversaw station direction, and collaborated with advisors and university administration to grow membership.
