Elaine MacNeilly

Elaine MacNeilly has extensive work experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry. Elaine currently serves as the Medical Affairs Leader: Executive Director, Patient Advocacy and Engagement at Rain Oncology since September 2021. Elaine'sprevious role was Head of US Patient Advocacy at Oncopeptides AB from September 2020 to September 2021, and before that, they were the Executive Director, Medical Affairs at the same company from November 2019 to September 2020.

Prior to their time at Oncopeptides AB, Elaine held various positions at Clovis Oncology. From March 2018 to November 2019, they were the Senior Director, Nurse Expert Team and Sales Excellence. Additionally, from March 2017 to November 2019, they served as the Senior Director, Commercial Training and Nurse Expert Team. Elaine also held the role of Director, Commercial Training at Clovis Oncology from November 2014 to November 2019.

Elaine gained experience in sales training and development as the Director at Pharmacyclics from April 2013 to November 2014. Elaine also worked at Genentech, where they served as a Nurse Practitioner Nurse Educator from January 2007 to February 2011. Additionally, they worked as part of the Vemurafenib (BRAF Inhibitor)/Vismodegib (Hedgehog) Clinical Trainer and SPM, ZELBORAF Marketing Team at Genentech from November 2010 to March 2013.

Elaine'searly career was spent at UCSF Medical Center, where they served as a CN from 1998 to 2010, and at Truis Corporation as an HR/Ops professional from 2000 to 2002.

Elaine MacNeilly attended the UCSF School of Nursing from an unknown start year to 2007 and obtained a degree as a Nurse Practitioner. Prior to that, they studied at the University of Evansville, and before that, they completed their high school education at Reitz Memorial High School.
