Anna McIntosh has over 15 years of experience in the Food and Beverage industry, currently serving as the Food Beverage Manager at Rainbow Casino since April 2013. In this role, Anna oversees all operations for a 2000-capacity, 24-hour casino, managing a team of 50 staff members across various departments. Prior to this position, Anna worked as a Senior F&B Supervisor, coordinating departmental operations and addressing customer satisfaction. Anna's career also includes a role as Customer Service Senior Supervisor at GALA CASINOS LTD, where responsibilities included ensuring service excellence and staff training. Additionally, Anna served as a Bar Supervisor at Restaurant Yia Mass, focusing on staff development and customer complaint resolution. Anna holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Poznan University of Technology.
