Andre Afshar

Andre Afshar is an experienced executive with a strong background in leadership and finance. Since April 2017, Andre has served as Chief Executive Officer of Rainbow Restoration of Orange County, while also being a board member for the Financial Executives International OC Chapter. Previously, Andre held the position of Managing Principal at Real Property Management from February 2022 to February 2024 and was Chief Executive Officer at Larius Group from June 2011 to May 2018. Andre's experience also includes serving as Managing Principal at Larius Capital Partners from 2004 to 2011 and as Managing Partner at Orcutt Capital Management from 2001 to 2004. Andre holds a Private Capital Markets (CPCM) degree from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, an M.B.A. from Ivey Business School at Western University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University.
