Alex Johnson is an accomplished author and editor with extensive experience in literary and publishing roles. Currently serving as an author at the National Trust and holding multiple author positions at The British Library, Hachette Books, and Haynes Publishing Group since 2018, Alex has contributed notable works including "100 Words for Rain" and "Menus That Made History." In addition, Alex is the online editor for Fine Books & Collections Magazine and has co-produced "The Writers Game" for Laurence King Publishing Ltd. A columnist for The Idler magazine since 2017, Alex also founded Shedworking, a digital magazine focusing on alternative workplaces. Alex's educational background includes a BA and MA in Modern History from the University of Oxford.
