Lisa Effah has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Lisa began their career as a Paediatric Nurse at Spire Healthcare Group plc, where they provided care for day case patients requiring surgery. Lisa also worked at various trusts throughout England as a Specialist Paediatric Nurse, specializing in providing 1-2-1 care for patients with tracheostomies on ventilation. Lisa later served as a Lead Nurse for Continuing Care at Rainbow Trust Children's Charity and as a Covid-19 Vaccinator at Nightingale App. Lisa has also held roles as a Managing Director at Crucial Care Services Ltd and Paediatric Care Services. Lisa is currently working as a Paeds Nurse at Stockport NHS Foundation Trust and previously held a similar role at Interact Medical Ltd.
