Crystal Larsh

Crystal Larsh has over 15 years of experience as the Principal Consultant & Owner of TabletopPM, where they support client needs in various areas such as tool configuration, training, and program delivery. Crystal also offers Agile training and coaching services, along with organizational assessments for operational improvements. Crystal is currently the VP of Operations at Rainbow Unicorn Games. Before that, they worked at Kabam as the Director of Operations and Senior Development Director. Crystal was a Senior Consultant at Headspring, LLC. for 3 years, where they provided technical solutions to clients across different industries and managed a team of professionals. Crystal served as a Senior Project Manager and Product Owner at Electronic Arts (EA), specializing in project management, organization, and process improvement. Crystal also worked as a Senior Consultant at IGT, where they partnered with client project managers to standardize project lifecycles and created project management templates. Prior to that, Crystal worked as a Product Manager at Raymond James Financial, a Project Manager at Nielsen, and held management positions at Office Depot and IcareLabs.

Crystal Larsh holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in E-Commerce Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University. Crystal also earned a Master of Project Management (MPM) with a focus on Software Project Management from the same institution. Crystal Larsh completed their undergraduate studies in Business, with a concentration in Marketing - Product Strategy, at the University of South Florida.

In addition to their degrees, Crystal Larsh has obtained numerous certifications. Crystal is a SAFe Program Consultant certified by Scaled Agile, Inc. Crystal is also a Certified Scrum Master, ITIL Foundation Level certified, Six Sigma White Belt certified, a New Product Development Professional (NPDP) certified by the Product Development and Management Association (PDMA), and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute.
