Jessica Payne

Jessica is a Managing Director at Raine. Prior to joining Raine in 2018, Jessica worked at CODE Advisors, where she focused on M&A and financing transactions for technology and media clients. Prior to CODE Advisors, Jessica worked in the Investment Banking division of Citigroup, where she focused on transactions for clients in the Technology, Media and Telecom (TMT) and Consumer verticals.

Jessica received an S.B. in Mechanical Engineering from MIT and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
