Ali is a Senior Vice President and founding member of Raines International’s Advisory: Leadership & Org Consulting Practice, identifying, shaping, and delivering services beyond executive search that can truly add value. A former waitress and ice cream scooper in high school and college, Ali was always drawn to people-facing service jobs. She ditched the menus and remains fascinated with the people space, as well as the opportunity to make it better, smarter, and more transparent and equitable.
