Rick McDowell

Rick McDowell is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in hotel management and operations. Currently serving as the General Manager of the Cambria Hotel in Greenville, SC, Rick earned recognition for the hotel's excellence by receiving the Choice Gold Award in 2023. Previous roles include Senior Recruiting Partner at Goodwin Recruiting, Vice President of Operations at Millennium Hospitality Management Group, and Executive Vice President at Beechwood Hotel Group, LLC, where operational leadership was paramount. Rick also founded P3 Consulting, providing strategic advisory services to hotel and restaurant owners, and held significant positions at OTO Development and La Quinta Inns & Suites, where operational oversight and customer relationship management were key responsibilities. An alumnus of the University of South Carolina, Rick brings a wealth of knowledge in hotel operations, recruitment, and performance improvement strategies.
